What Is Music Therapy?

Music therapy is a well-established, research-driven profession in which a credentialed music therapist utilizes music strategies and exercises within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of individuals of all ages.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services including music therapy sessions, telehealth, school-based programs, adapted lessons, and group sessions. In addition, experiential and educational services such as workshops, in-services, and presentations are also available.

We are a provider for the San Diego Regional Center, please contact us for our vendor number and more information about receiving funding for services.

We also provide many free music therapy groups through our non-profit community partners The Autism Tree Project Foundation and Banding Together.

For kids with disabilities it can be the key to the kingdom of adaptability.  For kids with Williams Syndrome, music is that avenue to harnessing life and expressing it. This therapy calms the moods, remaps patterns and helps on so many levels I highly recommend including it for growth and healthy methods for coping with cognitive conditions such as Williams Syndrome, Autisum...the results are repeatedly demonstrated by those of us seeing the miracles unfold through the music therapy...I'm very impressed!
